Absolutely adored the balcony and the lovely room. Location was fab, right near transport. The gym and sauna were surprisingly marvelous, better than I'd hoped!
If you fancy a quick coffee, prepare for a trek to find hot water! And that distant train? It’s not the lullaby I had in mind at night!

A combination of hits and misses
The room was excellent with a lovely balcony and superb gym, truly captivating my heart. Location was perfect for easy transport access around the city.
Check-in was chaotic and staffing seemed stretched during peak times, impacting my experience. The unreliable Wi-Fi was a frustrating drawback.

stayed at mercure residenz for one night, and the staff were really helpful and pleasant. our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a coffee maker. it was well soundproofed, and we didn’t hear any noise from the corridor. perfect location right near the #17 bus line, getting us to the main train station in 10 minutes.
